About the event

This three-hour interactive and exciting workshop will literally blow your mind. Your instructors include W. Craig Reed, the New York Times bestselling author of the Gold Medal winning book Start With Who and Bronze Medal winning The 7 Secrets of Neuron Leadership. Reed is also a certified leadership coach with a Harvard University Neuroscience Certification. He's joined by Dr. German Fresco, PhD neuroscientist and Director of the Adaptive Neuroscience Research Institute. Both are renowned public speakers.

Gallup says almost 80% of workers don’t trust employers, 77% are disengaged, and 54% want to quit. Workers don't leave jobs, they leave bad leaders. There are hundreds of leadership books, webinars, and workshops, but most are anecdotal. Some guy thinks he knows what works, so let's try that. Few are based on behavioral science, neuroscience, educational science, or any science. Deloitte and other studies show that increasing workplace trust drives 400% more business performance, 88% more customer loyalty, and 79% more productivity, but what is it and how can we measure it?

Gen Z has figured out that a certain amount of Rizz, short for Charisma, is vital for personal and professional success. Can it also work for leaders? If so, can it be learned? Everyone knows trust is critical to leadership success, and neuroscientists know it's related to brain oxytocin. There are ten key ways to increase trust in the workplace, but what are they? Here's a hint, one of them goes well with crackers.

Harvard and LinkedIn say 90% of job success...or failure...relates to soft skills. There are ten top ones every leader must have. What are they, and how can you improve them? How can you align the right soft skills with the right job roles? Educational scientists know there are three distinct learning styles based on the 4MAT system. What is this, and how can we use it to personalize the Learning & Development 90% of workers are asking for?

Attendees receive a High Trust Accredited Professional Certificate for your resume, LinkedIn profile, and website that can make you more attractive to employers. Here's what you'll learn during this entertaining and engaging workshop...
